Essential Maintenance Tasks:

• Automatic Cleaning: Use the printer's software to set an automatic cleaning interval every 12 to 24 hours. The printer must remain powered on and connected to the power supply for this to work.

• Daily Print Checks: Print a test page or small graphic every 1-3 days to keep ink flowing through the nozzle holes.

• Cap Station & Wipers: Manually clean the capping station, wipers, and dampers to prevent buildup that causes misaligned ink flow.

• White Ink Care (DTF/UV): Gently shake the white ink cartridges or bulk tanks regularly to prevent the heavy white pigment from settling and causing blockages.
